Mindfulness Habits
Mindfulness is creating awareness about everything surrounding you including the environment and the people that you interact with in your life.

The first step to mindfulness is
being aware of your surroundings. Create the feeling of being, feeling and
tuning with everything around you. Keep a notebook or journal and write down
your thoughts.

Set aside time daily every day
to reflect on your life. Capture the thoughts in your thoughts, it will give
you clarity.
3.
Let go of judgements, and interact
with the world by having a fresh mind.
4.
Observe the moment, be present.
Try as much to stay focused and live the moment
5.
Be kind to your mind and yourself.
Your mind may wander off, having prejudgements and unfocused. Be gentle to your
mind and bring back to the present and moment.
